Easter Bunny Brownies

Ingrédients
  

For the Brownies
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
For Decoration
  • 1 cup white frosting
  • 24 mini marshmallows
  • 12 pink jelly beans
  • 24 chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
  6. Cut the brownies into squares. Frost the top of each brownie with white frosting.
  7. Place two mini marshmallows near the top for bunny ears. Add a pink jelly bean for the nose and two chocolate chips for the eyes.
