For the Nests
  • 3 cups chow mein noodles or shredded wheat cereal
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For Decorating
  • 36 mini candy eggs

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the cereal until fully coated with chocolate.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, shaping each portion into a nest with a small well in the center.
  5. Place 3 candy eggs in the center of each nest.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
