For the Chocolate Dip
  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
For the Treats
  • 12 pretzel rods or cookies, marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles Easter-themed

Equipment

  • Double boiler
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Dip each treat halfway into the melted chocolate.
  3. Roll dipped portion in sprinkles.
  4. Place treats on parchment paper to set for 15 minutes.
