Easter Chocolate Lollipops

For the Lollipops
  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For Decoration
  • sprinkles Easter-themed
  • edible glitter

Equipment

  • Lollipop sticks
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Spoon the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper in small circles. Insert a lollipop stick into each circle.
  4. Decorate with sprinkles and edible glitter while the chocolate is still wet.
  5. Let the lollipops harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
