Easter Crispy Chocolate Nests

Ingrédients
  

For the Nests
  • 200 g milk chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100 g crispy cereal such as cornflakes or rice cereal
For Decoration
  • 36 mini chocolate eggs

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Mixing bowl
  • Microwave or double boiler

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crispy cereal until fully coated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases, shaping into nests with a small well in the center.
  5. Place 3 mini chocolate eggs in each nest.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
