For the Cake
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
  6. Drizzle the glaze over the cake and add sprinkles.
