- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Immediately sprinkle the mini pastel chocolates and sprinkles over the top, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares before serving.
