Ingrédients
  

For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, broccoli, carrots
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Pour sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
