For the Candy
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peppermint candies crushed
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
  4. Fold in half of the crushed peppermint candies.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candies on top.
  7. Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
