Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
- Fold in half of the crushed peppermint candies.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
