For the Skillet
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn fresh or frozen
For Serving
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream
  • chopped cilantro
  • diced avocado

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet, then stir in the taco seasoning and water.
  3. Add the black beans and corn to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve warm with shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and diced avocado.
