  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, then stir until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for 3 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Press the dough into a greased skillet, spreading it evenly.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then top with cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese melts.
