Method
- For the Berry Parfait: Layer Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey, and granola in serving glasses.
- For the Lemon Bars: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar to form a crust. Press into a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, 1 cup sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour over the baked crust and bake for another 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
Serve the Berry Parfait chilled. The Lemon Bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
