Ingrédients
  

For the Egg Salad
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Sandwiches
  • 8 slices bread
  • lettuce leaves optional
  • tomato slices optional

Method
 

  1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Spread the egg salad on bread slices.
  5. Add lettuce and tomato slices if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
