  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the fresh greens thoroughly.
  2. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and honey to make the dressing.
  4. Combine the greens and quinoa in a large bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently.
