Cheeses
  • 1 wedge Aged cheddar
  • 1 wedge Gouda
  • 1 round Brie
Meats
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • 4 oz Salami
Produce
  • 1 cup Red grapes
  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 1/2 cup Dried figs
Accompaniments
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Whole grain mustard
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts
  • 1 loaf Crusty bread sliced

Equipment

  • Large wooden board
  • Small bowls

Method
 

  1. Arrange cheeses on the board, spacing them apart.
  2. Fold prosciutto and salami into small bundles and place near cheeses.
  3. Fill empty spaces with grapes, apple slices, and dried figs.
  4. Place honey and mustard in small bowls and add to the board.
  5. Scatter mixed nuts and bread slices around the board.

Notes

Let cheeses sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
