Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Pasta
  • 8 oz fettuccine
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Equipment

  • Pot
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
