  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.25 cup sugar
For the Filling
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
  5. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
