Ingrédients
  

For the Cucumber Bites
  • 1 English cucumber sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
For the Strawberry Bruschetta
  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced and toasted
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Method
 

  1. Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds and set aside.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and fresh dill in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  4. Slice the baguette and toast the pieces lightly.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with diced strawberries.
  6. Drizzle the strawberry bruschetta with balsamic glaze.
  7. Arrange both appetizers on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

For a variation, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt or cracked black pepper to the cucumber bites.
