  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
