Ingrédients
  

For the Tilapia
  • 4 fillets tilapia
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place tilapia fillets in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
  4. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the tilapia fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
