Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add garlic and thyme, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes to coat in the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
