- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add garlic and thyme, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes to coat in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
