Method
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and thyme, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to coat in the sauce.
