Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs, skin-side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and thyme, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  5. Return chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
