Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and thyme, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine. Return chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
