Method
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and thyme, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine. Return chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
