Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, and paprika.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, coating evenly.
  5. Place the chicken on the baking sheet and roast for 40-45 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
