Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingrédients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
