Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
- For the spiced apple chips: Slice the apples thinly. In a bowl, toss the apple slices with cinnamon and nutmeg. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- For the sweet potato fries: Toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, and salt. Spread them on a separate baking sheet.
- For the roasted chickpeas: Toss the rinsed and drained chickpeas with olive oil and cumin. Spread them on another baking sheet.
- Bake all three preparations for 15-20 minutes, or until the apple chips are slightly crisp, the sweet potato fries are tender, and the chickpeas are slightly crunchy. You may need to rotate the baking sheets halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These snacks can be prepared ahead of time and stored in airtight containers. Adjust spices to your preference.
