Green Detox Smoothie

Ingrédients
  

  • 1 cup Spinach packed
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Apple cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1/2 cup Water or more, to reach desired consistency

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Combine spinach, cucumber, green apple, celery, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Add water and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to achieve your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes before blending.
