For the Turkey Mixture
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet. Break it apart with a spoon and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
