- In a saucepan, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Stir in the oats and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and mix in honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Divide into bowls and top with berries and nuts.
