  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, bring water or milk to a boil.
  2. Add rolled oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
  4. Serve hot with fresh berries and chopped nuts on top.
