- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Pour sauce over the mixture and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
