Method
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cook chicken on a preheated grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper for the dressing.
- Warm the tortillas slightly according to package directions.
- Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Top with chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll up tightly to form a wrap.
