  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Mix the whole wheat flour, honey, baking powder, and almond milk in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes.
  3. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve the pancakes topped with fresh berries and chia seeds.
