  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. Serve warm.
