Ingrédients
  

For the Salad
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. Slice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion.
  4. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
