Ingrédients
  

For the Lobster Tails
  • 2 lobster tails 6-8 oz each
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Kitchen shears
  • Baking sheet
  • Basting brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping at the tail fin.
  3. Gently pull the meat upward, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
