Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
