Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before refrigerating overnight.
