- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled loaf.
