  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
