Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Measuring cups
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  5. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Return chicken breasts to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
