  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and carrots to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot or store in meal prep containers for later.
