For the Brownies
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
For Decoration
  • 1 cup white frosting
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 24 candy eyeballs

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the bowl. Mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Let brownies cool completely before decorating.
  8. Spread white frosting over the brownies. Use chocolate chips and candy eyeballs to create monster faces.
