  • 1 cup gouda cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
For the Mini Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, and egg in a bowl until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Arrange cheese cubes, slices, and crumbles on a platter.
  6. Serve meatballs and cheese platter warm or at room temperature.
