Ingrédients
  

For the Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup water warm
For the Topping
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add warm water and knead until smooth.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them into discs.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  5. Spread cream cheese on each disc. Top with smoked salmon and dill.
