  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with soy sauce, honey, and minced ginger.
  3. Spread the cooked rice in a baking dish and top with the chicken mixture and sliced bell peppers.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
