- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
