For the Chocolate Mixture
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it simmers, then pour it over the chocolate chips.
  3. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Top with chopped nuts and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
