Ingrédients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

  • Non-stick skillet
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add water, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted and foamy.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges begin to set.
  4. Gently lift the cooked edges with a spatula and tilt the skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  5. Continue cooking until the omelet is set but still moist on top. Fold the omelet in half and slide it onto a plate.

Notes

You can add cheese, vegetables, or cooked meat to your omelet before folding.
